However, if their customers do not devote their efforts and faith, technological excellence does not help. And the business will eventually fail. This project aims to investigate what are the marketing strategies of those successful online communities and how they are supported by their features. Students shall investigate the relationships between the customer psychographics and satisfactions among multiple factors supported by the online organizations. Fine tuning the project for specific industry, such as tourism or online games, is also recommended.
Students with strong networks to both local and oversea young citizens are expected, such as their MSN list of active friends are longer than 20. Experiences in participating Forum/BBS discussions are highly appreciated in this project.

To maximize growth opportunities, knowledge needed to be managed more efficiently. Nonetheless, the local culture and the competition environment are quite different from those in the western knowledge management literature. The aim of this project is to investigate how key factors, such as knowledge management, human resources, finances, information systems, mediate business successes in Macao SAR.

Macau SAR Offshore Law was established in 1999 to simulate the sustainable economic growth. Since then, over 400 non-financial companies have established their offices in Macao SAR. In addition to that, dozens of multimillion FDI projects were tracked while it is the "2005/2006 Asian Cities & Regions of the Future." However, most of them employ managerial executives from overseas. The objective of this study is to investigate various managerial issues such as how the mother companies oversee their senior managers in Macau, and how managers respond to their directing.
To work on this project, you should be able understand the above description without asking any teacher. Strong interpersonal skills and curtsey are must; ideally, experience in VIP receptions is appreciated. Students who are intellectually mature or have a strong background in the foreigner social networks in Macau are highly recommended to work on this project.

The aim of this project is to investigate how key factors, such as culture, city image and service level, mediate the popularity of Macao as a spot of tourism.
